Gavin, Madelynn and Ryder are a lot like the other kids. They eat pancakes for breakfast, do sword training and collect giant mountain bugs. But they do tend to stand out around the castle. Maybe it’s their Shinebrights or the hoodies and adventure packs. Or the elephant. 

Maybe it’s because their parents are The King and Queen of Breckenfall. And that does offer privilege, like access to the secret passageways and the old maps in the library archives. 

They find that while X once did mark the spot, they are no longer alone in the hunt for the elusive treasure of Breckenfall. 

Follow them as they discover and explore the mysteries and magic of their kingdom—and the darker perils of The Outlands beyond. Travel with them atop the backs of grand animals and be a part of their discovery as they meet both friend and foe, tangle with pirates, face forest creatures and discover a mystery more grand than the kingdom itself...which will continue as these birds fly.
